Here is a 92 acre wooded acreage located in Forestview, just outside the town of O'Leary. There is approximately 500 feet of road frontage on the Howlan Road on this property. Easy access into the property with it being located on the Howlan Road. There was a 10 acre piece cut off of it approximately 40 years ago but the remainder has not been cut and the 10 acres would be well grown back after 40 years. These properties are becoming harder to find. The 10 acres that was cut off approximately 40 years ago was replanted at that time with softwood so would be quite mature today. (id:41202)
